Well, for 7 days we will focus on getting them in tip top shape whilst I teach you the basics of clean eating.
Each day, I’ll provide you with a short workout to work your lower half.
In addition to daily workouts, I will provide you with a 7 day clean eating meal plan to supplement your exercise. You can't out-exercise a bad diet so that's why we'll be working on our nutrition throughout the week.
We're going to focus on eating good, clean, nutritious food. No more counting calories every day, no more depriving yourself and only eating lettuce! It’s time to feed yourself really, really good foods that fill you up and leave you feeling satisfied.
No crazy recipes, no ingredients that you have to search to the end of the world for, just normal everyday clean foods!! PLUS, everything is kid tested and husband approved. PLUS, support, motivation and more in our closed, friendly online group!
