I'm Tracy Kinsman and I'm a happy wife and mum to two fabulous boys who are 16 and 13. We live in sunny Worthing in West Sussex, right by the sea.

I've always tried to be fit and healthy but now I'm in my 40's it's become even more important to me. I feel very strongly that I need to be showing by example a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle for my children and to teach them the importance of exercise and how to properly fuel their bodies so that they can make informed choices as they grow older. Also, I want to do everything in my power to remain fit and healthy for as long as I possibly can.
  
After lots of trial and error I've been able to develop a healthy lifestyle and lose weight by eating clean and working out. I'm seeing that small changes and being mindful of the choices I make every day are making a big difference in the way I look and feel (hence the name of the blog!). I've learnt a lot over the last year and I'm really passionate about nutrition, fitness and a healthy lifestyle full of balance.
  
Trust me, I know it's hard when you're busy with a young family, work, housework (the list goes on ....) but I truly believe in the importance of investing in yourself to reach your full potential of being fun, fit, happy and healthy.
  
I want to share what I've learnt with you so this blog is to share my passion and to provide a resource for healthy, great tasting recipes that even your kids will love! I don't focus on calories or on 'good /bad' foods, I just try to create a healthy life in a way that's sensible and flexible. Am I perfect? No! But I've got a good balance that feels right for me, where every choice I make is a considered one. 
  
I hope I can support, motivate, encourage and inspire you to make some lasting changes (even small ones) through lifestyle choices to help you be the best 'you' that you can be!
