New BEACHBARS - Coming THIS WEEK!


I would love to tell you that as a lifestyle coach I’m always ready to rock with all my meals prepped, thefridge and cupboards stocked and healthy options portioned out perfectly right at my finger tips.


But the reality is…. *whispers*..... that I’m just not that organised. When I’m not busy helping my challengers, growing my business, supporting the hubs with his business, being a mum and wife, watching Netflix, I’m supposed to be doing my share of washing clothes and cleaning the house. BEACHBAR is Low-Glycaemic. The Glycaemic Index (GI) measures the effect of a food on blood glucose. Low-GI foods release their carbohydrates slowly, causing a lower blood glucose response.
